A Husband and Wife Amber Chidakashi and Jana chidakashi creates a company called Oxygen Property Partners Ltd in 2016 They needed some extra help in December 2020. They hired their first junior executive Sri Lanka. By January 2021 they expanded the team to include 18-24 year olds in the United Kingdom on the kick-start scheme. Although not fully 100% successful, the learnings that they had created the appetite for a team of workers of digital marketers,lead generators and real estate professionals who will be qualified to level three . So far we have created six careers and we hope to create 2000 opportunities for possibility and learnings in the next seven years.
